Positive: Hotel blisko promu i przystanków autobusowych. Bardzo czysto. Pokoje wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba na pobyt, w tym czajnik, suszarka, herbaty, woda i przybory toaletowe. Wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

Lokalizacja jest idealna, wszędzie można dojść pieszo, co jest dużym plusem. Właściciel przekazał bardzo jasne i dokładne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania, dzięki czemu bez problemu trafiliśmy do pokoju. Dodatkowo istnieje możliwość pozostawienia bagażu, jeśli przylatuje się wcześniej, co jest bardzo wygodne. Na miejscu była również bardzo miła recepcjonistka, która osobiście zaprowadziła nas do pokoju. Cały pobyt był bardzo przyjemny. Z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie! Negative: Nic

Clean, great location but very noisy and poorly ran Positive: Great location and Very clean and staff pleasant. Negative: You need to be aware there is a building site next door and you will be woken from 7am with heavy drilling (even on a Saturday) One night there were very drunken rowdy guests who came back at 0230 and had music playing really loudly, that could be heard throughout the guesthouse. There are no staff in the guesthouse after 3pm, so I contacted the number provided, This was ignored and was not contacted the next day either. The next day the fire alarm went off at 0400. Guest were unsure what to do as there are no staff, everyone evacuated into reception or the street. The emergency contact numbers the hotel give when booking are ignored and there is no way to contact management or the owners. We had to call the fire service who arrived 40 minutes after the alarm went off. The fireman switched the alarm off and told us it had happened the previous week and the previous month. He also told us that the previous times the owners didnt answer the emergency numbers they had given to guests. Having no emergency contact number for guests is a real health and safety issue and im not sure if it breaks health and safety legislation in Malta. No contact was made the next day by anyone from the guesthouse, to check we were OK or apologise and explain what happened.
